Reason for joining the company

I love theme parks and previously operated attractions at a theme park in another prefecture. I also worked at Reoma as a part-time employee for two years from 2012. I have many fond memories of Reoma, and when I moved back to Kagawa in 2, I decided to join the company with the desire to "make Reoma even more fun!"

Job Description

We are involved in a wide range of operational tasks, such as planning and developing souvenir goods for retail stores in the park, hotels, and Oriental Trip area, coming up with menus for restaurants, ordering package designs, creating posters, and staffing.
Recently, they have been coming up with new merchandise to help people have even more fun at the park, including hats and headbands that let you dress up as a character, and character face pouches that can be used as free pass holders.

The appeal of working at Reoma

What I like about working at Reoma is that it's easy to realize what I want to do and how I want to do it. It's a company where you can act independently.
It would be difficult to run a store by myself, but here I can think about things like "What kind of new products should I make?" and "How should I set up the store?" and proceed on my own. I am left to do things to a certain extent, which is very rewarding.
It also makes me happy when Guests actually purchase the goods we develop, wear them, and are pleased with them. It also makes me happy when Cast Members say things like, "You made something nice," and "We want to wear them too."
Since becoming a full-time employee and being involved in a variety of tasks, I have realized that my ideas and actions have contributed to improving guest satisfaction.
We often work together with other departments, but everyone gets along well and it's fun to work there. I like how all the employees work together toward the goal of "making our guests happy."

My Dream at Reoma

I have a lot of fond memories of Reoma when it first opened, but I feel very sad that the number of stores and original goods has decreased since then. In the past, there were not only character goods, but also individual goods for attractions such as "Rainbow Bandit". Guests who came as children have expressed a desire to re-sell them, so I would love to fulfill that request.
My dream is to continue increasing the number of goods and stores so that people can feel that "it's fun no matter where you go" within Reoma Resort.
Also, if there are few people involved in the development of goods, the progress will be slow and uneven, so I would like to work on it with a larger number of people. In addition, I would like to create a system where ideas can be submitted across departments and work on it as a company.

You will be responsible for checking the cast's attendance status for the day, checking emails, and communicating shared information with food and beverage tenant stores.
