Reoma Resort's vision, "Staying here for 100 years to come," is the wish of all employees to continue to exist as a resort facility that everyone can enjoy, rooted in this area. In fact, these words were a response to a letter we received from a guest who said, "Reoma is filled with family memories, so we want it to stay here forever."

Our mission is to provide all of our guests with support so that they can spend their special day with a smile. We want our facility to continue to be a place where people of all generations can have a special day and want to come back again and again.

To what I want to do
It's important to challenge yourself

We have a variety of positions, including as a park cast member, hotel front desk staff, and restaurant cooks, and some positions involve tour planning and other work related to promoting tourism in our local area, Kagawa. What we all have in common is that we love people and we love Kagawa. Of course, working at our company allows you to have a variety of experiences, but another attraction is that you can make many connections with your coworkers, visiting guests, and local people.

What I value in life is "how to spend my long life in society." What kind of people will I meet and what kind of memories will I have? To do that, it's important to not be afraid of failure and to challenge yourself to do what you want to do.

The knowledge and experience you gain from your work will definitely become your assets.
