The toilets in the park are now easier to use!

That 1The number of Western-style toilets has increased in both men's and women's restrooms.

Rules and etiquette

: At NEW Reoma World (including Oriental Trip and Reoma Waterland), we have installed chairs and tables for eating and drinking in each store within the park so that customers can enjoy eating and drinking comfortably. We ask that customers use the designated chairs and tables for eating and drinking.

: Please refrain from bringing in food and drinks such as packed lunches.
(If you bring your own lunch or drinks, please use the picnic area next to the free parking lot.)

: Our facility does not provide meals for people with food allergies.
Meals are prepared in the same kitchen and cooking utensils are shared. In addition, plates, chopsticks, etc. used by guests are also shared, so it is not possible to completely prevent allergens from being mixed in. Guests with food allergies may bring food into the park and eat in the restaurants. If a cast member calls out to you, please let them know that you are allergic to the food.

: Smoking is limited to designated smoking areas (5 locations within the park).
Please refrain from smoking in the theater, facilities, eating and drinking areas, selling goods, or while walking.

: Please refrain from using flash photography inside the Parrot Theatre.
Please refrain from bringing cameras, videos, etc. into the attractions.

: Unauthorized drone photography within the park and parking lots is prohibited.
If we find such a thing happening, we will ask you to immediately stop flying and remove the equipment for the safety of our guests and staff. If you do not follow Cast Member instructions, we will report you to the police.

: Food and drinks are not permitted inside the Parrot Theatre.
Bringing food and drinks into any of the attractions is prohibited.

: In our park, we strictly prohibit the provision and sale of alcoholic beverages to minors at our food and beverage facilities and retail stores. We may also ask you to show identification to verify your age. If you are unable to show identification, we will not provide or sell alcoholic beverages.

: Please refrain from bringing pets, with the exception of assistance dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs).

Picnic Area Information

You cannot bring packed lunches, canned drinks, etc. into the park. Please eat on the grass in the picnic area beforehand. Please put your trash in the trash cans in the area.
