Reoma Carry Service

Your purchased items will be delivered to your hotel or the park exit.

↓ Products purchased at the shop can be delivered to "Hotel Reoma no Mori"
↓ Or have it delivered to the "Park Main Gate" (free of charge)

◎Time of use◎
We will be open on weekends and holidays as follows:
☆12st flight: Reception until 00:14 / Pick-up after 00:XNUMX
☆ 12nd session: Reception from 00:16 to 00:18 / Pick-up after 00:XNUMX

On weekdays, we will be open as follows:
☆Only one flight: Reception until 12:00 / Pick-up after 14:00

*If you do not collect your items at the main gate of the park by closing time on the day of your order, we will send them to you on a cash-on-delivery basis. In such cases, we will not provide any refunds.
*If you do not collect any items at the Hotel Reoma No Mori Front Desk by the time you check out, they will be sent to your home on a cash-on-delivery basis. In such cases, no refunds will be given.
*If we are unable to get through to you by phone, we will store the item for up to one week, and if we are unable to contact you after that, we will dispose of it.

Souvenirs for friends, family, yourself... can be bulky. If you spend 1 yen or more (including tax) in one purchase, you will receive a XNUMX yen discount on shipping♪
