Requests when using the park
If any of the following apply to you, we may refuse you entry to the park, ask you to leave the facility, and/or report you to the police or other relevant authorities. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in advance.
When it is recognized that any of the following applies to those who wish to use the facility:
- Anyone who belongs to an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a company or organization related to an organized crime group or an affiliate thereof, or any other antisocial force (hereinafter collectively referred to as "antisocial forces").
- A person who belongs to a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by antisocial forces
- A person belonging to a corporation whose directors include members of anti-social forces
- Those who are in a drunk or very close to drunk state
- A person who is deemed to be in danger of causing significant inconvenience to other users of the park and is deemed to be a hindrance to management.
- Any person who is deemed likely to make violent demands or impose burdens on our facility or its employees that exceed a reasonable scope.
- Anyone who the park judges to be unable to comply with the "Park Usage Requests"
