Are there any discounts available for presenting a disability certificate?+

Disability discounts are available if you present a physical disability certificate, mental disability insurance and welfare certificate, or rehabilitation certificate. Disability discounts are also available for one accompanying person (adult aged 1 or over) for each disabled person (the person themselves) who has a disability certificate. Please present your disability certificate at the ticket booth.

Do you have a nursing room?+

Yes, they are located at the main entrance, inside Gokko Town, inside Kids Square, next to Dark Side, and at Oriental Trip.
When Reoma Waterland is open, it is also located near the Reoma Waterland (pool) area.

Are there wheelchair accessible toilets?+

Yes, they are located at the main gate entrance, inside Welcome Plaza next to Lucia in the Forest, between Gokko Town 1-chome and 2-chome, Kids Square, next to Parrot Theater and inside Oriental Trip Mosque.

Is there a place where I can change diapers?+

Yes, they are installed in the restrooms at the main gate entrance, next to the Dragon Dock in Welcome Plaza, between Gokko Town 1-chome and 2-chome, Kids Square, next to Parrot Theater, and in the Oriental Trip Mosque. (They are also installed in some men's restrooms.)

Do you have stroller rentals?+

Yes, we do have stroller rentals available for a fee. (We will take a 1,000 yen deposit when you rent a stroller, and refund 500 yen when you return the stroller.)
Rental and return locations are at the information desk inside the park.
We are lending these to children aged 2 and under. *Please note that the number is limited.

Do you have wheelchair rentals?+

Yes, there is a fee for renting a wheelchair. (We will take a 1,000 yen deposit when you rent a wheelchair, and refund 500 yen when you return the wheelchair.)
The rental and return location is at the main gate. *Please note that numbers are limited.

Is there a coin locker?+

コインロッカーはございます。サイズや料金は、（大）：縦77.5×横35×奥48／500円、（中）：縦51×横51×奥42／300円、（小）：縦29×横35×奥42／200円です。
Coin lockers are located on the north side of the Welcome Plaza entrance (large, medium, small), next to Gokko Town (medium and small), next to Spaceship (small), and next to the changing rooms on the 2nd floor of Welcome Plaza (medium and small).

Assistance dogs are permitted in all restaurants and shops within the park.

Do you sell alcohol?+

Yes, it is available for sale at restaurants.
We strictly prohibit the provision or sale of alcohol to minors at restaurants and stores. We may also ask you to show identification to verify your age. If you are unable to show identification, we will not provide or sell alcohol to you.

Do you have meals for people with allergies?+

No, we do not have meals for people with food allergies. Meals are prepared in the same kitchen and cooking utensils are shared. Plates, chopsticks, etc. used by customers are also shared, so it is not possible to completely prevent allergens from being mixed in. Guests with food allergies may bring food into the park and eat in the restaurants. If a cast member asks you to, please let them know that you have an allergic reaction to the food.

Is there anything I can play in the rain?+

Yes, you can enjoy the attractions even on rainy days. There are also indoor facilities such as Gokko Town and Doodle World.

Are there any restrictions other than height and age?+

Depending on the attraction, there are restrictions on use for people with heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, neck or spinal injuries, pregnant women, people in other poor physical condition, people under the influence of alcohol, and people who cannot use the safety bars or safety belts. Yes, we do.

About shooting

Can I take photos or videos in the park?+

Photography for personal purposes is permitted, but photography for commercial or profit-making purposes is not permitted.
Please refrain from using flash photography inside the Parrot Theater. Please refrain from bringing cameras, video cameras, etc. into the attractions.
Please note that there are precautions regarding photography at events held within the park. Please follow the precautions for each event.

Can I do a live stream?+

No. Live streaming or similar filming is not permitted.

Can I take drone shots?+

No. Unauthorized drone photography within the park and parking lots is prohibited.
If we find such a thing happening, we will ask you to immediately stop flying and remove the equipment for the safety of our guests and staff. If you do not follow Cast Member instructions, we will report you to the police.

Can I re-enter the school?+

Yes, you can. You can re-enter the Park as many times as you like from opening time until closing time on the day of your visit.
When re-entering the park, you will need to present your same-day ticket.

Can I bring in food and drinks?+

No, you cannot bring in food and drinks such as packed lunches.
(If you bring your own lunch or drinks, please use the picnic area next to the free parking lot.)

Can I bring pets with me?+

No, we do not allow pets in the park. Assistance dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs) are allowed in the park.

Can I use a carrier wagon inside the park?+

Yes, you can bring and use them in New Reoma World. Please note that you cannot bring them into Reoma Waterland, which is open only during the summer.

Yes, there is. Smoking is limited to designated smoking areas (5 locations within the park).
